Accurately reproducing optical step sections along the three-dimensional shape in the design
LED light entering from the side of the three-dimensional lens is reflected by the continuous optical step sections on the back surface, transmitted through the inside of the lens, and illuminates/flashes the lens surface. By accurately reproducing the shape of these step sections in the design, more uniform illumination/flashing is achieved.

Mirror finishing of optical step sections using micro-moulding technology
The optical step sections, continuously arranged along the three-dimensional shape of the lens itself, are finished to a mirror surface with nano-order surface roughness using micro-moulding technology, without polishing. This reflects the incident LED light without waste, achieving brighter and clearer illumination.
