Large Extruded Products

These are large extruded products capable of handling widths exceeding 600mm. We can accommodate various requests, regardless of the type of resin material or molding method, including rigid/soft resins, hollow molding, foam molding, and two/three-colour molding.

Transparent and Translucent Extruded Products

These are transparent and translucent extruded products using PET resin, PC resin, PMMA resin, etc. Through our manufacturing technology, including the compounding of raw materials and the moulds used, we deliver a variety of products to the world, from highly transparent products to translucent products resembling frosted glass, depending on the application.

Bodies, brackets, and extensions for automotive lamps

These products for automotive lamps achieve both functionality and design appeal through advanced injection moulding technology and quality control systems.

Film insert products

These products achieve high design appeal by insert moulding (simultaneous moulding) a film onto the surface or back. We are working on further development to add new possibilities to synthetic resin products, such as moulding methods that support three-dimensional shapes and combinations with three-dimensional wiring.

Millimetre-wave radar compatible emblems

By constructing emblems, the "face" of the brand, using insert moulding with a metallised printing film (metal-free) with added three-dimensional shapes to avoid interference with millimetre waves, we have added the function of a millimetre-wave radar cover.

Inner lenses and light guides for automotive lamps

These are thick-walled lenses with a continuous prism structure, built into automotive lamps, that enhance vehicle visibility by lighting up and flashing in various patterns using LED light sources, contributing to the safety of pedestrians and occupants, while also reflecting the designer's intent to express the individuality of the brand and vehicle. With the advancement of high-performance LED light sources, the lenses themselves are becoming increasingly complex three-dimensional shapes.

Artificial organ components

These are medical device components that replace some (or all) functions of human organs, such as components for artificial kidneys for artificial dialysis, artificial lungs, and artificial anuses.

LIM moulded products

Products such as baby nipple components, dental components, and waterproof packing (O-rings) made by LIM moulding (Liquid Injection Moulding: liquid silicone rubber moulding).

Aspheric (freeform) lenses

Aspherical (freeform) lenses that control the light distribution of automotive headlamps, these are extremely important products for protecting the safety of pedestrians and occupants. With the shift to LED light sources for headlamps, there is a rapid replacement of conventional glass lenses with synthetic resin ones, which also contributes to improved environmental performance through weight reduction.

Microprism Arrays for Communication Lighting

Utilising ultra-fine processing technology, we have developed a micro-prism array for communication lighting. With an LED light source, pictograms can be projected onto surfaces such as roads and walls. *Patent pending

They are containers for holding samples and separating precipitates from supernatant through centrifugation.
