We have the technology and equipment for mold design, manufacturing, and maintenance within the same premises as our in-house molding factory.
By pursuing higher precision mold production and leveraging our location for rapid quality refinement, we achieve overall lead time reduction.
Injection Molds
We have introduced ultra-precision processing equipment that enables nano-level processing, allowing for more accurate reproduction of even minute shapes. By utilising special mold processing technology that requires no polishing, we achieve a surface roughness Ra of 10nm (nanometres*) or less, and a surface accuracy of 10μm (micrometres*) or less. We have extensive experience in producing molds for optical components and are confident in meeting your requirements.
* nm (nanometre) and μm (micrometre) are units of length in the International System of Units (SI). A nanometre is one millionth of a millimetre, and a micrometre is one thousandth of a millimetre.
Extrusion Molds
With our high-precision manufacturing technology, we propose and produce molds that are optimal for product shape and required quality. Through in-house design and production, we are continuously expanding our technical capabilities, such as multi-colour molding and composite co-extrusion, and play a part in product creation by fully utilising the advantage of irregular extrusion, which is the ability to create any cross-sectional shape.
