Liquid silicone rubber possesses many excellent properties such as heat resistance, cold resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, non-corrosiveness, water resistance, electrical insulation, and resilience (compression set). However, it also presents various manufacturing challenges, such as high fluidity before curing, which can easily lead to unwanted protrusions due to its tendency to flow into even slight gaps in the mould. Therefore, high-precision moulds and advanced molding technologies are required.

Special/High-Precision Moulds Optimised for LIM Moulding
The moulds used for LIM moulding are dedicated moulds optimised for this process. To overcome various challenges, such as the difficulty of removing the product from the mould after molding due to the extreme softness of liquid silicone rubber, we use special designs and high-precision specifications. Furthermore, we also consider environmental aspects by incorporating structures into the design that reduce raw material loss.

We have introduced various technologies and equipment to perform LIM moulding with high quality and stability.
