Replacing wood products through the use of decorative technology

Our wood grain decorative technology allows us to replace wood products with resin products while retaining the comforting feel and texture of wood. This is achieved by leveraging the advantages of synthetic resins, such as lighter weight, resistance to corrosion, and non-absorption of moisture.

Various Wood Grain Decorative Technologies

We propose decorative methods tailored to the application, considering required characteristics such as fade resistance and weather resistance. These methods include mixing wood-grain-specific materials with different melting points into the base resin material for moulding, moulding using wood flour-blended resin, and film decoration.

Achieving a texture closer to wood by using wood flour-blended resin

By using wood flour-blended resin, we achieve a texture closer to wood. Unlike wood, it is resistant to corrosion, making it usable in humid environments and regions. Furthermore, by substituting synthetic resin moulding, processes that are difficult with wood, such as bending, can be easily performed.

Application to outdoor products

By using resin materials with weather resistance, we create wood grain appearances and textures for products used outdoors, such as decking and handrails, using our decorative technology.
