These products achieve high design quality by insert moulding (simultaneous moulding) of a film onto the front or back surface.
We are working on further development to add new possibilities to synthetic resin products, such as moulding methods compatible with three-dimensional shapes and combinations with three-dimensional wiring.
Automotive interior parts (decorative film insert moulding)
These products are created by integrally forming decorative printing films, such as wood grain or carbon patterns, which individually colour automotive interiors, onto the surface of resin moulded parts through insert moulding after shaping by vacuum forming. In addition to printed films, we also offer insert products using real wood (decorative material) in the form of real wood sheets.
