Integrated automated line from container assembly to liquid filling, inspection, and packaging

Within the cleanroom of our factory, we have constructed an automated line using robots, image recognition devices, and other equipment. This line performs a series of integrated processes, including the assembly of multiple components (including resin containers produced in-house), liquid filling, inspection, and packaging.

Guaranteeing filling quality through in-process automated inspection

In the liquid filling process, we automatically inspect the presence and volume of the liquid using image recognition devices, thereby guaranteeing the filling quality.
