Please tell us your reasons for joining Nambu Kasei and your current job responsibilities.
Influenced by my father, I was looking for a manufacturer I could commute to from home when I came across Nanbu Kasei.
I wanted to finish my job hunting early to concentrate on my studies, so I decided to join Nanbu Kasei, which offered an early acceptance.
After joining the company, I was assigned to the Production Management Section for housing equipment-related products, where I was responsible for checking production schedules and coordinating delivery times.
Since my third year, I have been mainly in charge of attendance management and social insurance procedures in the General Affairs and Human Resources Department at the head office.
My job responsibilities have completely changed from when I was in the Production Management Section, and although I was sometimes confused, I have gained knowledge of taxes and social insurance, which I feel will be useful in the future.
In addition, I participate in projects related to improving the company's internal environment on behalf of my department.
Please tell us about a typical day.
In the General Affairs and Human Resources Department, there is a lot of routine work each month, so we carry out tasks on a monthly basis, such as employee attendance work at the beginning of the month, preparing meeting materials in the middle of the month, and updating internal documents at the end of the month.
In my spare time, I am also involved in tasks that help employees work with peace of mind, such as improving internal regulations and training new employees.
Is there anything you would like to challenge in the future?
I feel that the company expects not only me but also young employees to grow by experiencing various departments.
Personally, although I am an employee, I sometimes feel that I lack knowledge about Nanbu Kasei's products, so I would like to learn again while working at a business site.
In my private life, I gave up the motorcycle I loved using in my student days when I got a job, so I would like to ride one again.
