Please tell us your reasons for joining Nambu Kasei and your current job responsibilities.
I was looking for a job primarily at car manufacturers because I researched the automotive market in university.
Nambu Kasei has good employee benefits, and I was particularly attracted by the excellent company housing system, which makes it easy for employees from afar to live independently, and decided to join the company.
Shortly after joining, I familiarised myself with our products by observing the manufacturing floor, and learned the internal tasks of sales operations, such as creating estimates and sales plans.
After that, I was gradually assigned external tasks, such as accompanying senior staff on client visits.
Currently, I am engaged in sales activities as a representative for the medical division.

Please tell us about your department and duties.
My section is responsible for medical clients within the sales department and is constantly required to maintain high quality. As a team of three, we serve as the "face of the company" to existing and new clients.
Our duties include internal tasks such as preparing estimates and presentations, as well as supporting other departments as a sales representative, including following up on prototype production preparations and delivery times for mass-produced products.
Since many of our clients are companies outside the prefecture, when I visit them, I schedule my business trips to allow for 2-3 visits per day.

What do you keep in mind while working, and what would you like to try challenging?
I am always conscious that the results of my sales activities affect the work of other departments.
I believe the company expects me to secure continuous orders and sales, as well as develop new clients, so I want to seize and make the most of any opportunities.
Nambu Kasei also has overseas branches, so I would like to try challenging myself with sales activities for overseas companies and in foreign countries.
In my private life, I would like to try camping as a new hobby.
